Established in 2011 as a spinoff company from academic researchers working in several Universities and research centres in Italy and abroad, they use models and technologies that imply research and innovation as factors governing the change.
Novareckon have integrated these solutions with a system of knowledge infrastructures and an international network of consultants.
They serve public entities, enterprises and citizens in their needs of design, funding and implementation of ideas and projects.
Christian Violi is Researcher and professional consultant with more than 10 years of experience. He holds a PhD in “Geopolitics, geostrategy and geoeconomics” at University of Trieste, a Master Degree in “Public procurement management” and a Degree in Economics.He took part in many research groups at University of Piemonte Orientale on national and European research projects. His research interests refer to economic geography, sustainability, impact and market analysis. Currently he is project manager in three European projects funded by CIPS and ISEC Programmes (DG Home). Co-founder of Novareckon, he works both as researcher and as consultant, for public institutions and private companies, in development, implementation and coordination of European projects.

Beatrice Albè is Junior Cosultant at Novareckon.
Graduated in Tourism Management at the University of Piemonte Orientale, Department of Economics and Business.
Her research interests refer to economic geography, sustainability and economic assets. She is currently involved in three European projects funded by CIPS and ISEC Programmes (DG Home).

Iwona Anna Pastuszka is Junior Cosultant at Novareckon.
She received her master´s degree (Diplom) in Educational Sciences from The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin and earned her postgraduate course in Human Resource Management At The College of Enterprise and Administration (WSPA) of Lublin.
Between 2013 and 2014 she worked at the Province of Novara on the project “Optimizemed” ( Med Programme) where was responsible for project administration and accounting matters.
She was involved in two European projects funded by CIPS and ISEC Programmes (DG Home). She is currently involved in “Sacre Tour” project funded by Fondazione Cariplo, receiving research scholarship at the University of Piemonte Orientale.
