  • TEAMS FINAL EVENT

    TEAMS Project consortium held the the Final Conference of TEAMS project on the 5th of December 2018 . The event was hosted by the Humanitarian and Conflict Response Institute (HCRI).

    The project partners The Research Center in Emergency and Disaster Medicine (CRIMEDIM) – the lead partner, the Humanitarian and Conflict Response Institute (HCRI), Karolinska Institute (KI), Tel-Aviv University (TAU) and Istanbul Medeniyet University (IMU), Humedica (HUM) prepared presentations regarding TEAMS project results and achievements of the project the conference.

    Tony Redmond opened the floor providing a brief history of EMTs (Emergency Medical Teams), followed by Luca Ragazzoni (CRIMEDIM) who provided an overview of the TEAMS project.

    The development of the TEAMS curriculum framework and the description of the training package were addressed in details. Moreover, the Consortium described the pilot trainings carried out in Germany and Turkey and their evaluation.
